theXEO

theXEO is an autopilot edge SEO platform. It optimizes websites for search engines (Google, Bing, Naver) and AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) automatically, with zero code changes.

The core technology, called Live Overlay, injects optimization data in real time at the CDN edge via Cloudflare Workers. Users connect their Cloudflare account, and theXEO deploys a lightweight HTML transformer (<200KB) to the customer's infrastructure. The transformer adds meta tags, structured data, Open Graph tags, accessibility improvements, and Core Web Vitals optimizations — without modifying existing content.

Key design principles:

  • Autopilot safety — only adds or supplements, never modifies existing content
  • Fail-safe — any error passes through to origin unchanged
  • Customer infrastructure — Workers run on the customer's own Cloudflare account

Four patent applications have been filed for the Live Overlay technology.
